Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of xcubed.world and the basis on which we discuss and provide our services. Please read them before you enquire or book. If you book a service, a separate written agreement will set out the specific terms for that work, and it will take priority over these where they differ.
Who we are
Xcubed is a trading name of X3 Advisory Ltd, registered in England and Wales (No. 17465702), with its registered office at 171-175 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us", and "Xcubed" mean X3 Advisory Ltd.
What we do
We provide strategic briefings, hosted innovation immersions, retained advisory, and Future Generations journeys. Descriptions on this website are an outline. The exact scope, timing, and price of any work are agreed in writing before it starts.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending an enquiry or registering interest does not create a booking or oblige you to buy, or us to provide, any service. A contract is formed only when we both sign a written agreement or you accept a written quote and we confirm it.
Quotes, bookings, and payment
- Prices for immersions and journeys are quoted per person or per group and depend on dates, length, group size, and scope. Flights are additional unless a quote says otherwise.
- A quote is valid for the period stated in it. A booking is confirmed once we receive any deposit set out in your agreement.
- Payment terms, deposits, and instalments are set out in your written agreement. Fees are exclusive of VAT or other taxes unless stated.
Changes and cancellations
Innovation programmes depend on partners, sites, and travel, so details may change for reasons outside our control. We will tell you promptly and offer a reasonable alternative where we can. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your written agreement. We recommend suitable travel insurance for any journey.
Travel, passports, visas, and insurance
For any journey, you are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visas, and appropriate travel and medical insurance, unless your agreement says we arrange these. We will give guidance and, where agreed, coordinate visas and logistics, but entry to any country is decided by its authorities, not by us.
Young travellers and safeguarding
Future Generations journeys involve young people. A parent or legal guardian must give consent for a young person to take part and must provide accurate information about their needs. We operate a safeguarding policy, a supervision ratio, vetting of trip leads, and a named safeguarding lead on every departure. Details are confirmed in writing before you commit. Parents and guardians agree to the conduct and contact policy for the journey.
Our advice
Our briefings and advisory work help you make your own decisions. They are not legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice, and they are not a guarantee of any commercial outcome. You remain responsible for the decisions you take.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, and the materials we prepare, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. When you engage us, your written agreement sets out what you may do with the deliverables we produce for you. You may not copy or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our permission.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity. Our total liability connected with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. Where you book travel or a journey, separate providers such as airlines, insurers, and venues carry their own responsibilities under their own terms.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute connected with them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim locally.
