She is currently undertaking doctoral research on how AI reshapes organisational structures and the future of work.

She has led global data and AI programmes across regulated markets serving millions of customers, aligning analytics strategy directly to commercial growth, operational performance and risk management.

Her experience includes:

• Building and leading multi-disciplinary analytics teams across data science, BI, engineering and governance.
• Defining multi-year AI roadmaps aligned to board-level strategy.
• Delivering advanced analytics across pricing, fraud detection, retention and operational optimisation.
• Implementing structured data governance and responsible AI frameworks in regulated environments.
